UK Property Finance offer an introducer scheme that enables partners to achieve a 50% split of the higher-than-normal commissions we are paid. Payment is usually on the day of completion.

We are an FCA regulated master broker and for data protection purposes, registered with the Information Commissioners Office.

deal directly with your customer enquiries from start to finish, including compliance
act as a third party and work through you

If you are FCA regulated and prefer to handle your own client enquiries, UK Property Finance also offers a club route, giving access to increased commissions through our premiere bridging lenders.
